Mixed Media Art Nights
Come out for a relaxed and inspiring evening of art-making!
Each time, I will introduce a playful mixed media technique you can try out, and there is always freedom to work on your own creative projects, too. Whether you’re brand new to art making or already have experience, this is a welcoming space to explore, experiment, and enjoy the process.

Engaging your creativity isn’t just about making something beautiful—it’s also about well-being.
Creativity has been shown to reduce stress, spark new ideas, and help us connect more deeply with ourselves.
In her book “The Gifts of Imperfection”, Brene Brown includes cultivating creativity as one of her guideposts for living a wholehearted life. She says, “If we want to make meaning, we need to make art. Cook, write, draw, doodle, paint, scrapbook, take pictures, collage, knit, sculpt, dance, decorate, act, sing – it doesn’t matter. As long as we’re creating, we’re cultivating meaning…. When I make creating a priority, everything in my life works better.”
When we create together, the benefits multiply: being in community with others offers encouragement, connection, and a sense of belonging. Again, Brene Brown has something to say here, “I think it’s so important to find and be part of a community of like-spirited people who share your beliefs about creativity.” So – why not come and join us? Come as you are… Let’s gather and create together!
